What exactly do I get with my order?

You’ll receive a high-resolution digital file of your custom artwork. No physical product is shipped, but you can print and frame it as you like.

How do I send you my photo?

After placing your order, you’ll get instructions to upload or email your photo. Clear, well-lit photos with your face visible work best!

How is this made?

We use an AI-assisted process to create the base artwork from your photo, and then apply manual post-processing and edits to give it that authentic comic or anime style. This combo lets us deliver high-quality, personalized artwork that looks amazing — and completely unique to you.

Can you draw more than one person in the artwork?

Yes! We can create portraits for individuals, couples, families, or even pets. Just select the number of characters when ordering.

How long does it take?

Most custom artwork is delivered within 3–5 business days. If you need it faster, let us know — we may be able to rush your order.

Can I print the artwork myself?

Absolutely! Since it’s a digital file, you can print it at home, at a local print shop, or even use our printing service for professional poster-quality results.

What sizes are supported?

The files are delivered in a 2:3 aspect ratio, perfect for sizes like 4x6, 8x12, 12x18, 16x24, and 20x30. You can crop for other sizes if needed.

Do you accept custom requests?

Yes! If you have a special idea (specific outfit, background, or comic theme), just let us know. We love creative projects.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are custom digital artwork, we don’t offer refunds once work has started. But if there’s an issue with your file, we’ll make sure it’s fixed.

Can I use my artwork commercially?

Orders are for personal use only (gifts, prints, social media). If you’d like to use the art commercially (merch, logos, etc.), contact us for a commercial license.

Do you make NSFW or offensive content?

Nope — we keep it fun, positive, and safe for everyone.
